Before "legally" abducting your children the excuse will now be: "Notifiying parents can hinder an investigation". Why? Because Congress will do nothing about it. And, THE EVIL WILL GO ON AND ON AND ON....

SOME THINGS TO REMEMBER REGARDING CPS:

1. IF THEY COME TO YOUR DOOR, DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOUSE UNLESS THEY HAVE A WARRENT OR A COURT ORDER

2. REGULATIONS STATE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE YOUR HEARING IN FRONT OF A MASTER. INSIST ON A JUDGE!!

3. NEVER, NEVER ADMIT GUILT, EVEN IF THEY PROMISE THEY WILL RETURN YOUR CHILDREN IF YOU DO.

4. IF THEY DEMAND YOU GET A PSYCH EVAL, DO NOT USE THEIR DOCTORS. YOU ARE SURE TO BE A LUNATIC IF YOU DO. FIND A DOCTOR WHO WILL GIVE A PROFESSIONAL OPINION BASED ON FACTS, NOT WHAT CPS WANTS.

5. NEVER GO TO SEE YOUR CPS CASEWORKER ALONE!! YOU ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE AN ADVOCATE WITH YOU.

6. KEEP IN MIND THAT CPS IS NOT YOUR FRIEND.... THEY ARE NOT THERE TO HELP YOU. THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE INVOLVED WITH YOU IS THAT THEY WANT TO TAKE YOUR CHILDREN.

7. STAY STRONG..... FIGHT A GOOD FIGHT! DON'T EVER GIVE UP!! THERE IS NO OTHER PERSON WHO WILL FIGHT FOR YOUR KIDS LIKE YOU DO!!

8. JOIN A SUPPORT GROUP IN YOUR AREA.... THERE ARE MANY!!!

In Judges 2:3: G-d said, "Now therefore I tell you that I will not drive them out before you; they will be [thorns] in your sides and their gods will be a snare to you." (gods meaning greed) And, in Joshua 23:13 G-d said, "then you may be sure that the LORD your God will no longer drive out these nations before you. Cooper, 593 So. 2d 1176, (Fla 5th DCA 1992) "Florida courts need to adhere to or enforce the adoptive status or the rights flowing therefrom when the adoption is repugnant to the laws or policies of Florida.", Tsilidis v. Pedakis, 132 So.2d 9 (Fla 1st DCA 1961), Kupec v. Cooper, above. Adoption Hot Line, Inc. v. HRS, 385 So. 2d 682 (Fla 3rd DCA 1980); Trushin v. State of Florida., 475 S.2d 1290 (Fla. 3rd DCA 1985).

I just want everybody to know, I've been to ALL the courts in the land according to the chain of command but have now exhausted all of my remedies because the US Courts have called it "FRIVOLOUS"

There is no reason to relinquish your baby. Everyone has heard of welfare. Even if you have no support. Unless you have been coerced which equals fraud you can have the adoption annulled.

A request for admissions is simply a list of facts you serve on your opponent that he is required to answer within a set amount of time or have those things treated as admitted!
