Children need their loving mommies. No one can take her place. Besides the OBVIOUS, there have been multiple studies over the years regarding the value of bonding and child nurturing and the overall mother-child bond. The facts and the innate understanding that there is no more valuable relationship to the future of all humanity of a child's relationship with mommy. 

WHY IS ALL OF THIS KNOWLEDGE IGNORED BY THE SOCIAL STRUCTURE THAT WAS INITIALLY SET UP TO PROTECT MOTHERS AND CHILDREN FROM HARM? Why is the social system allowed to continue to separate mothers from their children knowing how important their relationship is to all of mankind?
